hi, new to all this. my name is helen. and needed some advice. obvisously aware of post problems due to he strikes, however, iam still waiting for 3 letters sent from hull over 2 weeks ago, all sent 1st class on different days?

does anyone still think i will get them ect? and that is just tj strike action, as even i fail to believe 3 letters could of all been lost.

thanks to anyone who can help.

Despite Royal Mail saying that the back log is over some stuff is taking ages to get through so if its a normal letter I would hang on just a bit longer. I am on leave at the moment but as late as Friday last week I was delivering some letters dated 10 Oct 07. If you haev not got them by the end of the week I suggest ringing your local Delivery Office or Customer Services (08457 740 740 8am - 7.30pm, Monday to Friday. 8am - 2.30pm on Saturdays)

Apologies for the delay the strikes have caused to your mail and I hope its all sorted soon.
