Increase in pay

Hey, just wanted to know if this was true, i've heard on top of your original 12 weeks if you work another 12, then your pay rate rises by 50p.. is there any truth to this? thanks :)

You get an increase after 26 weeks worth of timesheets have been submitted and another after 52 weeks, 55p increase each time for me. New Royal Mail staff get an increase after 6 months and a year so the same for Angard but done on timesheets submitted not calendar dates.
