No shifts from Angard

I only get 1 shift a week whereas others get more than me? why does this happen? how is this fair? who chooses people for shifts I am sure by the looks of it the shifts
aren't being rotated fairly by Angard, from my understanding I see the same faces from Angard working 5 days a week

My experience also every time I get a shift the usual suspects are already there. And they are also allowed to book themselves a night shift on the end of their evening I queried this and was told it cant happen so I made sure of my facts and sure enough 5 people on my evening shift disappeared at 10pm only to re-emerge smiling and asking why I hadn't booked one too, plus they are still booking their friends in every shift although the staff issuing shifts categorically state this cannot happen.
I currently get about 4-8 hours in any week where as the people i work with each time are there every evening and weekend and even take nights they are all on full money so must be costing Royal mail a fortune. someone is cleaning up somewhere !

Oh and by the way just been told by Angreed no shifts today for anyone so I called the girl I work with she just got a shift after I called from the same guy and she has been in all week again the actual shift allocator stated he was trying to find shifts for people who have not worked in 2 weeks -she hasn't stopped since January

Finally I left Angard, thank god. Got myself a better paying job, even though I was one of their hard working people always putting in 100% during my shifts

this used to happed at our place till someone complained and it got stopped. (dunno who was actually complained to ? either the top boss at our place or Angard ?)

Hi everyone!

Does anybody know a phone number to contact Angard?
I send them emails but still no answer!!!I've got the same problem...no shift for me this week!! :sad:
