Hello everyone,
I have an order that was sent to Portugal on Monday (19/01) and since that day the mail is with "DESPATCHABLE TOHEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC" status. It is normal? Should I contact the Royal Mail by phone? I have sent an email, I'm waiting for the answer.
It's strange, I have received mail from Royal Mail (standard service, not tracked) and arrived in 4 days. In this case, after almost 5 days seems to be still in London...
