28 Days / Xmas Stamps

1). If within 28 days I don't get a shift but communicate with my shift consultant, would this reset the 28 days' time limit of remaining on the books (I was informed when you get in touch with your consultant they are aware you're still available to work) and or prevent me from having a re-security vetting conducted?

2). As AWR employees recieve the same rights as the permanent staff, does that mean we'll recieve Christmas stamps?

1. Supposedly, can't say for sure though
2. No, the law doesn't stretch quite that far! No xmas bonuses, no xmas stamps, no shares etc.
