28 Day Security Expiry

Guys, I am told that there is a 28 day expiration on security clearance for Angard Staff, but I have read different reasons for the expiration - 1) you did not work a shift in 28 days, 2) you were not in contact with Angard for 28 days. Does anybody know the precise rule/regulation, and where it is written down?

It seems disgraceful to me that when your security clearance expires, you are made to restart your Angard service from scratch, working 12 weeks on the minimum rate before achieving AWR status again. I can understand to some extent where one exceeds the 6 week gap between engagements, but on a purely administrative issue which is out of your control? Given that most Angard staff at my work location were using security badges at least one year out of date, its seems hypocritical to impose such draconian security measures that say you are good to work at one moment in time, and with one tick of the clock your security is somehow diminished.

Secondly if I may, does anybody have contact details/address for Angard HQ and the powers that be? I don't mean those who deal with shifts on a day-to-day basis or their immediate managers, I am referring to those at the top of the organisation.

It appears to be "you have not been in contact with them or they have not been in contact with you for 28 days". That's what I was told by the people that call us in. Some people have lost security after 28 days of not working and some have not - guess those that lost security clearance had not been in contact for 28 days.

There are a number of threads on here with the HQ of Angard - it is the same address as the HQ for Royal Mail. Think it is:
