STRETFORD and Urmston MP Kate Green visited TNT Post UK’s new delivery unit In Flixton to meet some of the 90 posties who have been recruited to the company.

The new delivery staff are part of the 1,000 new recruits to TNT Post in Greater Manchester announced late last year.

The Flixton delivery unit, on Woodsend Road, is one of 11 TNT Post-delivery units in the Greater Manchester area, and is the second in Ms Green’s constituency, the other unit being on the Longford Trading Estate, Stretford.
