i worked for angard during this period but have not had any back dated pay from them.
They have said because i have left the company and got my p45 i am not entitled to it.
Does anyone else have this problem?

They have this rule in what they sent us - you must still be working for Angard and AWR qualified. Apparently if you lost AWR at any point you don't get the back pay - another rule which seems incorrect.
Personally, I believe you should be entitled to the additional money for any weeks you worked and were AWR qualified before you left or before you lost AWR. If the pay rise had been paid at the correct time you would have had the increase - so why not now? I suspect it is too much hassle for them to work everything out for all circumstances.

I suggest you consult a solicitor, this is the best way to deal with Angards response.
We were with Angard but then offered temporary six month contracts with Royal Mail and told that ongoing contracts with Angard were stopping, in other words, it was cheaper for Royal Mail!!
I'm amazed at how many people believe everything there told and don't double check the facts.
In addition how many people moan about all sorts of issues, but can't be bothered to complete the annual staff survey with
There views or get the union which some are part of to take things up on there behalf.
Please stop moaning and get on and do something.
