free shares

I,ve tried on 2 occasions to register fr my free shares ,I can,t get passed the password section, it just keeps telling me to enter a valid password ..just can,t register a password

anyone else not received a letter with a code ?

Mine was missing however followed the link on site and got sent a new replacement code by post within 2 days.
