Pls advice about pay

Hi guys, I am a post woman on a 6 month contract. I have complete my 6 month and my contract was renew , I just want to ask. When will my pay increase up to 12 pounds per hour , because I start with 8.58 per hour and now it increase to 9.04 per hour , pls when will it increase to 12 pounds per hours. Is it after 1 year or it increase every 6 month?

Umm never we don't get paid £12 an hour as a basic rate - you might make that from various allowances and such but as a basic figure the final hourly rate is just around £10 an hour and that is with the Delivery Supplement included and thats after 12 months.
