Eligible employees can apply to buy shares in the Retail Offer with priority allocation

On Friday, 27 September 2013, the Government announced the start of the flotation of Royal Mail.

An approved price range prospectus was published on 27 September 2013. It contains important details about the company. Anyone who intends to buy shares should read the prospectus before making any decision.

You do not have to take part in the Employee Priority Offer, and whether or not you buy additional shares in the Employee Priority Offer will not affect any entitlement to receive Free Shares.

You will have to pay for shares which you apply to buy under the Employee Priority Offer.

Eligible Employees can apply to buy shares in the Retail Offer with priority allocation, under the Employee Priority Offer. Eligible Employees will pay the same price per share under the Employee Priority Offer as the public will pay in the wider Retail Offer. This is also the same price that institutional investors will pay.
