It's a start!

But just passed the online test and have been invited to a interview next week :)
For the postman/driving van duties temp 3months role, 8 hours every Saturday.

Any help would really be much appreciated.
But what was your experience like? And what questions did you get in the interview etc.

Many Thanks

Hi

My interview was just over a year ago. I'd think the questions would be similar to the ones I was asked. It was all about giving examples of when you had worked in a team, when you had had to change your plans at the last minute and things along those lines - ideally work based but anything that you could talk about would do. Also things like what things you would check on a vehicle before driving it (oil, water, tyres, lights etc). Be yourself and be keen with your answers.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
