Hi everyone
I bought a tee-shirt from a seller in the UK (Manchester) the 11 april 2013, it is not the first time I order from him and I always received my orders within 4 days but this time, when I track the reference number he provided me, I can see that he posted the parcel the 12 april, and since the 12 april, the status is :
DESPATCHABLE TO HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
When I track my older orders references, I see that this status does not last more than 2 days and this time it has been 5 days without update and of course nothing received !
Can someone please explain me what is going on ?

Really I find it strange because when I track my older orders parcels, it does not stay more than 2 days in this state, now it has been 5 days ...

Have you tried tracking with LaPoste? In case it has gone to Paris without a scan.
Otherwise it may just be a case of waiting a couple of days since as I understand from elsewhere on the forum there are currently backlogs at HWDC. Not sure if any other members can confirm?

I tried with Royal Mail's twitter and they told me that the parcel seems to have moved yesterday (even if that does not appear on the tracking...)
