Afternoon all. Didnt know about this site until 10 minutes ago when i was searching for Royal Mail employment policy. I dont know about anyone elses office but mine has zero organisation and trying to find anything out is near impossible and the union rep is as much use as a chocolate fireguard.
Anyway someone told me the other day it used to be the case that employees could leave and their job would be open to come back to within a certain time frame. Sounds improbable to me but does anyone know if this was the case and if so is it still an option?
Cheers!
