Hi
I went for my interview on Monday and think I did well (thanks to some good advice on here). My contract would be 3 month (ongoing) 25 hours per week.
1. Would I be entitled to any paid holidays and if so, how many?
2. Is there a pension scheme for a 25 hour week contract and if is, is it compulsery?
3. Does anyone know what the pay increase is after 6/12 months?
4. Is there an overtime rate and if so, would it be after 25 or 39 hours?
I didn't really want to bring those questions up at the interview! Thanks.

1. Holiday entitlement is 4.5 weeks for new starters. You can buy more holiday up to 6 weeks a year at 3% of your weekly wage.Mr Whizz wrote:Hi

2. Yes there is. They automatically start taking payments after 12 months.
3. Not sure but think its about 50p an hour more or thereabouts.
4. Overtime is paid after 39/40 hours. Until then it's just your normal hourly rate.

just to clarify, you do get auto enrolled on to the pension at twelve months, but it is not compulsory -you get all the bumpf through the post and have the option to select your contribution or to opt out if that's what you preferthefemalepostie wrote:
