Hi guys and girls, I have worked for royal mail for almost 10 years till I was made redundant because our sorting office at Paddington London closed down, all the managers I have worked with have either been moved to other places or have been made redundant.
I’ve been studying ever since and now I’m ready to work but I’m stuck with providing my work reference, most job applications need “manager name, phone number, email address ect..
My question is how would I provide all that when I have no idea where the managers are?
Any help on that will be great.
Cheers

Re: Hi guys and girls
Individual Royal Mail managers will not provide a reference...it's business policy.
A standard reference detailing the basics will come from HR.
Third Party Enquiries
HR Services
Pond Street
Sheffield
S98 6HR
That's the address for references.

Re: Hi guys and girls
Thank you for the fast response, the job application does require phone number as well as email, would you happen to have the phone number and the email address for HR Services, with out them I can not submit the application.
