The new date I was given was the 27th January and for holiday pay the new date is the 3rd February. What a total joke! The woman was a snobby cow and sounded like she didn't want to be there.
I'll be filling in my et1 tonight and so will my boyfriend since he's been without money since the 23rd December and he's not been paid for week 1 or week 3. Total joke!

No company with the resources Royal Mail has can take this long to sort out minor payroll issues with a "tiny minority".
I think their whole payroll system has collapsed.
I think they are picking a name at random,guessing an amount and sending a letter out.
