News just in.

Ed Davey has announced that a 10 year IBA has been signed between Royal Mail and Post Office Limited. No details have yet emerged but he has warmly congratulated George Thompson - sorry Thomson (you have to take the P out of Thomson when you start talking about George) - General Secretary of the NFSP (until May 24th) on the effort he put in to securing this deal.

Post Office Limited and Royal Mail however were not very pleased to hear that an IBA had been agreed because they didn't know anything about it and have now had to create a brand new web page to explain to their readers that an IBA does not exist.

Unfortunately for George and Ed their unilateral declaration of the IBA has been captured for all to see in the latest edition of the NFSP rag - The Subpostmaster.

Question are being asked........

Answers are not forthcoming.....
