According to new proposals amongst other suggestions I viewed the other day, it is on the cards that the right to apply for an accident declaration separately from a claim to benefit will be REMOVED.

If you are entitled to DWP benefit then this will effect your claim. However just apply for the accident. If you are effected 15 weeks after the accident then apply for the benefit section.
