Hi,
I dont know if any one will be able to help but I have had 2 packages (1 royal mail tracked) go 'missing', I was told on Saturday a manager would call me back first thing this morning but that didnt happen. Phoned customer services who hung up on me when I asked the advisor to message the delivery office to ask them to ring me. I've found a telephone number online of 02920392270 but no one is answering. Does anyone have any way of contacting them directly? The item is for my brothers birthday tomorrow so I need to get hold of someone ASAP!
Thanks everyone

You could try RM Twitter account @RoyalMail , they do seem to be a bit better that regular CS at dealing with queries.

Re: Cardiff Central Delivery Office Lost 2 Packages!
Cardiff for me right now is awful! I post alot of items out of Cardiff. 'tracked' (purple sticker) items are going through without problems, but 'recorded first class signed for' aren't! Alot of signed for Items sent on the 6th the 14 and the 15th still haven't been delivered!
As for first class standard - its the pits!!! I send anywhere between 80 - 100 first class untracked mail in one posting to different addresses across the UK, Items from the end of November turned up around the 12th of this month, Items from the 5th of this month started being delivered around the 16th, Items sent from , 9th, 12th and 13th are only just arriving dates in between all seem fine.
When I spoke to the guy at Royal Mail about it I asked if Cardiff were having problems because items all sent at the same time to different parts of the UK are either very slow at getting to everyone (then all arriving around the same time) or haven't arrived yet, he said although its odd Cardiff aren't having problems as he would have it logged on his screen and then said all I can do is submit a claim form to Royal Mail but not to do it one by one, only as a bulk claim because only that would get a quick response and prompt Royal Mail to open an Investigation!
I was looking forward to Christmas, but right now I dread every email and phone call received...! I just want this month over with!!
