Welcome, there's a few bits in the Blue Shirt Forum.
Seems like a kack hole to me

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Wait a minute Mr POSTMAN........

Sadly you are absolutely right.

And now we seem to have a long-lost MDEC Keyer and ex-CWU Rep on here to say their piece.

Intersting.

I forsee a CRISIS at MDEC Plymouth soon. Not that I would wish it to happen but natural justice is natural.
I have no power but my vision and my voice.

Royal Mail has immense power and 99% of the Management is blinded by it.

Welcome indeed hakgirl to RMC.

ROCKY is right, we could certainly do with your input. In particular I would appreciate you looking at the 'Managerial Bullying' topic by Dr Richard Kimble. If you feel able to post after reading through the thread then I for one would value and respect your view. You will realise, as a former CWU Rep, that a lot of details have had to be kept off of here for obvious reasons but it is quite easy to get an overall snapshot of what has happened from this forum.

Will eagerly await your comments. Warmest regards, Darren.

GOOD LUCK TO US ALL AND HAVE FAITH
It is from numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped. Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.

Thank you all for your welcomes.
Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you...it's taken me a while to read through all the threads.
I have posted on the Dr Kimble thread if any of you are interested.
It upsets me to see that things only have not change at Plymouth MDEC, but they have in fact got worse! :cry
