UK Mail relocates to Greendale Business Park

UK Mail has taken space at Greendale Business Park in Woodbury Salterton. The company has relocated its two smaller operations – in Plymouth and Exeter – to the park.

UK Mail – which is an independent parcels, mail and logistics services company – has moved into a 35,000 sq ft purpose-built depot at Greendale Business Park.

Paul Hutchinson, group property manager at UK Mail, said: "What started as a polite enquiry quickly moved towards a new build project and the contractors at Greendale were very accommodating in satisfying all the needs of our operation. Greendale provides UK Mail with a good location from which we can service all our South West customers."

Matthew Carter, a director of FWS Carter and Sons – the group that owns the 25 acre business park, added: "We have over 50 tenants operating from Greendale including FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail and recycling company Sita UK and we are delighted to welcome UK Mail."

UK Mail's depot forms part of the 15 acre expansion at Greendale Business Park.
