Hi all,
Does anyone know what parcelwatch is within the Parcelforce system? I've emailed Parcelforce about my missing package and they said "we request the parcels details are added to the parcelwatch system". Is that some sort of database for missing items?
They will not explain what I need to do to make these updates. Any advice would be much appreciated.
They also tell me that they have no obligation to track packages incoming from the USA. They did assign it a UK tracking number but the trail went cold on 2nd August when it was logged at their International Hub. Now they say they can't confirm if they have it or if they've sent it somewhere else. Can that be true?
Thanks!

Re: Parcelforce International Delivery
hmmm. How much money was the item worth, it could be that customs have got hold of it causing the delay. That's the only thing I can think of other than it going missing. Is it something you've ordered online or ....
If it's something you've bought, it's the sellers responsibility to prove that you have received it under the distance selling regulations.
I would give it another week or 2 and see if you get a grey card through the door
Assuming it's something you've bought, I would then contact the sender and inform them that you haven't received the item and request a refund or replacement
