CUPW - Postal Workers Take Government to Court

The union representing Canada Post employees has a special delivery for the Harper government -- a court challenge.

Alain Duguay, head of CUPW's Montreal local, tells The Canadian Press the union will seek legal recourse in an effort to overturn back-to-work legislation.

In the meantime, Duguay says postal workers do not plan to defy the law that ended a lockout preceded by rotating strikes.

The union is also considering lodging a complaint with the Human Rights Commission.
