Yodel will begin the roll out of its newly liveried vehicles in October, as the transition from its old HDNL branding begins.
The fleet will be re-liveried with the Yodel brand from next month and more than 400 new Mercedes-Benz Eco-Start Sprinters will be added to its vehicle parc, operating out of 12 depots in the south of England and northern Ireland.
Jonathan Smith, Yodel CEO, says: "We are very excited to see the physical manifestation of our new brand now taking shape.
"The introduction of the new livery marks the start of a phased rollout across our networks with many more vans to follow next year," he adds.
Cumbria-based vinyl vehicle wrap company AstSigns has signed a two-year contract with parcel carrier to supply and fit the new livery.
Mark Aston, MD at AstSigns, says the company is "used to dealing with large numbers" having delivered similar services to Stobart Group, DHL and Hoyer.
He adds that as the wrap prevents damage to vehicle body work it can retain the residual value of the vehicle for resale - as the wraps have a life-span of three to five years.
Yodel has a fleet of 5,000 vans, as well as operating eight national hubs and 123 service centres
