youv'e got it on , a few other posties agree wholeheartedly with you!, well done . All that rubbish in C****** about people registering complaints but not taking them further, they must think we're stupid !, the usual distortion & smoke and mirrors. Everything is to deter , to a predetermined outcome to save thier sorry asses . L&C'S 70'S command & control style only encourages more of it. :lfo :cfo

As you can see by my comment on there my case is'nt over yet, even tho I won. I am still pushing for that manager to be reprimanded and for my apology, I'm not going to let him get away with it as he will think he can treat others the same.
