am i right in thinking that as well as the driver doing their daily check, a manager has also got to check each vehicle at least once a week?

Re: vehicle checks....
Ask your DOM or line manager for a look at a blank copy of a form known as Royal Mail Vehicle Condition Sheet. With regards to my own DO I have known the DOM to request the completion of this form whilst performing my daily van checks and for it to be handed back in for him to endorse his signature and at other times he will come out into the yard with said form and go through the daily checks ticking them off one by one.realmichael wrote:am i right in thinking that as well as the driver doing their daily check, a manager has also got to check each vehicle at least once a week?
