It's true that millions want our jobs, but like you they cannot do them because like you they have no idea what we accomplish each day. You are putting up with a minor inconvenience and venting your spleen on a workforce that surmounts major inconveniences every hour of their working day to provide your little business and many large ones with cheap cheerful and efficient support. TNT will try to save your business and then drop you because you can't afford to use them or meet their terms and conditions. Oh and by the way - to them you are what we are to you - just a number.

I am so sick of hearing about TNT.If TNT has really got this army of orange clad postmen just waiting to take over from Royal Mail WTF do they do every day?What exactly did they deliver during the trials that they ran? This is just crap propaganda.
When BT was broken up the new mobile phone companies were so keen to prove just how they were going to provide all the same services and in Covent Garden they unveiled pay phones.It was just cheap propaganda.How many mobile phone companies maintain a network of pay phones?None. And why? Because they are not profitable.But BT still does.By the same token we maintain a universal service.No one else does and no one else will.Ever.
