The Government could face a fresh clash over its plans to sell part of Royal Mail after the House of Commons Business Select Committee attacked the plans.

The committee produced a highly critical report about the sale, saying that more information was needed and that the Government had not made the case for a sale. The MPs called for more financial and detailed information about the planned sale.

But Lord Mandelson seems determined to press on with the part-privatisation, claiming that Royal Mail is inefficient compared to other European postal services. What do you think of the Government's plans. Vote in our e-Poll below and have your say in the comment field below that.
