Hullo .............

I have only just found this site and its nice to be amongst others who share experiences with RM, many good most bad. I work in the Hull mail centre where despite the latest crud put out by management, its not a happy ship. Work place huddles may seem like a good idea but its flawed with false information, bad presentation and delivered by people who clearly have not a clue on man management.

Like so many offices we face challenges to our future livelyhood and changes to work practices forced on us by bully boy tactics and apathy from some of our comrades.

I look forward to exchanging banter with you ....................

Welcome to RMC "End of the Road" I hope you like the site. Your WTL sessions sound just like ours in the DO and I am getting more and more convinced that the managers all come from the same factory somewhere as everyone tends to describe them in the same way. :crazy:
