Angard underpaid

I have noticed something strange about my last two paychecks been underpaid as silly as this may sound it’s only 1p for example I was supposed to be paid £133.98 but only got paid £133.97 this paycheck coming up tomorrow will be £89.31. Where is it should be £89.32. And I noticed with the holiday pay it’s been going down since September of last year if you had 0.14 of holiday pay if you took it once a week I’ll I usually do it would’ve been paid about £15 per 0.14 where’s now? It’s gone down to £13.80 now on the surface when you read this you might think come on. This is a little bit trivial. It’s only a penny here or a penny there but who’s to say that 1p might turn into 5p or 10p or even 50p I personally think all ANGARD casuals should look out for this

Holiday pay is average from 52 weeks, so it changes almost all the time, depending on the weekly payments you got previously.

Appreciate that, thank you that’s straightening out the holiday pay but I still find it strange they are taking one penny from my wages this past couple of weeks

I already have mate I sent two emails one week ago and again yesterday so that’s two emails still no reply if I don’t hear from them by Wednesday then I’ll be giving them ring thanks for your help
