Sspr pay

Sorry if this has been covered but i can’t seem to find the answer im looking for.

Having been off a week i did not receive the average holiday payment. According to the app i missed out on the o/t target for 1 month by 1h 10 mins in 1 month while the rest of the months averaged between 30-45 hours O/t.

Checking my payslips i hit 13 hours that month over my 35 hours so when contacting HR to see why they keep telling me sspr does not count towards the monthly target.
Is this accurate as i don’t understand how it seems to count for the past 2 years but not now.

Did you get paid any hours as Scheduled Attendance that month.

No mate just says on all payslips basic pay, then sspr overtime and weekday overtime. There saying because i went to full time hours sspr doesn’t count towards the 8 hour target but back in February i was still on 35 hours and only went to 37 hours two weeks ago.

Ive spoken with union and manager who both are clueless on the topic. Just feel like there is something not right there but could be wrong

I know someone who moved from part time to full time and didn’t get any holiday pay they were due because of the switch. The system is corrupt.

Must be something to do with that, maybe because you are full time now they calculate hours of the qualifying months based on any overtime over 37 hours. Seems unfair though. Speak to area rep for clarification if your rep doesn't know.

The week you had off - was that in the last holiday year? If so what week of your annual holiday entitlement was it - had you already taken four weeks of your annual entitlement before that? There was something about holiday pay was only for the first 4 weeks of your annual entitlement IIRC.

Seems to be a common theme on here.. banging out overtime for so long then bang raped on the last month by point 10 mins or something.. I don't even look anymore just let the vidiprinter do what it's going to do

Yet you still get posters on here championing and defending the route RM are taking, with full CWU support. The sheer amount of corruption and liberty taking that has happened over the last few years is almost laughable.

It was the 2nd week in April there, first week of this years holiday entitlement. I knew about the 4 week rule but the over time bans in the past few weeks seem to be deliberate for this exact reason here.
