I would be really grateful if someone could point me to/publish a link, advise me etc
As to how I find out the qualifying periods for average holiday pay whilst on A/l?
I've asked managers/reps/number cruncher in the do office, no one knows..
In the summer of 2024 I was denied ot by a stand in manager despite averaging 60hrs + plus a month (23.5hr contract), my manager returned and I got 7 hrs ot next day, it turned out it was the last day of a qualifying period and I then lost 3 weeks of average holiday pay (approx £630 cash) as my 6 months qualifying period went back to 0 and I had to start again, yes I lost over 600 quid over an hour (I didn't know the exact qualifying periods)
I've now rebuilt my qualifying periods but want to keep an eye on them , as you can imagine
Please help if you can
Thanks in advance
