24 Tracked&Signed Parcel was posted on 2 December, no updates in tracking MZ262734231GB, but very kind man at our Sorting Office checked the system and told me that Surcharge was raised, so I paid it immediately on 5 December, using the address for delivery.
Today is 9th and Parcel still hasn't moved.
It is still at gatwick aparently sitting in Container ID: YT01278640GB.
How long it usualy takes to deliver after surcharge was paid?
