My expensive parcel which was supposed to be delivered on Thursday Nov 14 via Tracked 48 has not moved an inch from the Nottingham MC. Tracking number is OQ990777909GB. I asked RM on twitter if my parcel is stolen or lost. They told me not to lose hope and I might still receive it.
I feel disappointed and dejected. Royal mail seems worse than EVRI.
