Just trying to help a couple of new starters at our office with there pensions.
They have both done 4 months now,but still have'nt had any pension deductions on there latest wage slip.
Am i right in saying you need to have done 3 months before they enroll you and its done automatic?

According to the RMDCP plan guide, new employees should be auto-enrolled into the RMDCP after 3 months, or they can choose to opt in at any time.
