Pensions and switching schemes, or not switching schemes, is made deliberately confusing.

Thanks for the kind words. I try my best. :thumbup

With the impending introduction of the RMCPP and Nest, that I obviously won't be in, perhaps it's time for someone else to take up the mantle who has personal and ongoing experience of those schemes? :thumbup

It will take time to build up experience of the new scheme and it's workings.

Everyone is starting from a low knowledge base with the RMCPP.
I have a general interest in how it works and how it pans out over the years, but the nuts and bolts don't apply to me.

So I think it's the ideal and logical time for someone or perhaps a few people, who are going to be members for a number of years, to grasp the nettle. :thumbup
