In flight and redirections - Scan To Core Route

Has anyone else noticed that there have been no messages coming up on the PDA recently, when you have a parcel for an address with an active redirection, using Scan To Core Route?

I haven't seen any for weeks, whereas I'd typically see at least one or two a day when Scan To Core Route first came in. I had a parcel for an address with a redirection today, but no prompt for a redirection. I double checked that the redirection card for mail was still in date and it was.

Does this mean there is a problem with the in flight system, or have Royal Mail intentionally done away with the redelivery notifications, because it was causing some problems with the PDA network (remember all those problems with not being able to logon and each scan taking upto a minute or more to register, in the run up to Christmas)?

A good few weeks back the PDA logins for a lot of staff here suddenly broke, I wonder if this broke at the same time, perhaps part of a wider issue.

My PDA tells me every tracked item can be left at shed in an old woman's back garden.

Every item on an estate with 400+ houses.

Pretty sure it's an error, not that I've ever tried.

Mine was fine this morning shown up 2 redirections

we stopped using scan to route late nov, everything gone back to the old ready for delivery scan

At ours they seem to have stopped caring if things are scanned in or not, we had a week or so in November where nothing would send after scanning and managers seemingly got sick of us complaining we had to do it all again so just stopped asking

The redirection thing has stopped working on mine.

The 'safeplace' thing is stupid; if one person has put one into the app, any address in that postcode flashes up with the instruction.
