Hi,
I left the company after 11 years on the 29th December and got my final payslip with no holiday pay included.
I had two weeks left to take until April this year.
I purchased two weeks to get the full six weeks.
How do I work out how much I am owed?
Thanks.

Re: Holiday owed after leaving
So, each month you accrue one twelfth of annual entitlement in advance
3.5 days per month x 12 = 42 days (6 weeks)
You left approx 4 months before end of year
3.5days x 4 months = 14days(2 weeks)
= Zero entitlement left.
To be more precise you will need to calculate it in hours but roughly speaking I would say they owe you nothing but you may owe them because you have still not totally paid for extended leave (but have taken 4 weeks)
If they come chasing you it will be for extended leave payment
14 x weekly payment on your wage slip.
All the best
