I thought HP Pens SSPR was something to do with getting your average wage instead of Basic Pay while on annual leave?
I had a week off, received 20h of HP Pens SSPR, then the next two weeks I got 12h HP Pens SSPR. Each hour of HP Pens SSPR comes to about £7.50
Seems odd that I've got it 3 times?
Has this affected everyone? Is it part of some xmas bonus or backdated pay deal?
Worth asking a manager or HR about it?
