I've got an upcoming haemorrhoid op.
I'm not sure what to do about the recovery.
I'm thinking getting in and out of the van 100 times and doing large parcels would be worse for the recovery / more likely to do damage than walking 10 miles doing letters/small parcels?
Anyone have any experience or thoughts on this?

Your surgeon or his/her team should be able to offer best advice about what you should do. Also occupational health.
