Counselling procedure

Hi , was formally counselled approximately 5 months ago re mis delivery of parcel which was retrieved and delivered correctly next day.
Unfortunately same happened this week to a company who get 20plus every day , packet retrieved and delivered correctly and apologies.
Awaiting a conversation with manager , what is next step in process ?

Get your union to ballot for strike if you get any grief ,everyone makes a mistake,if you were to work in a factory they factor in a few mistakes,but not royal mail,unless your making them every week i dont see what the problem is.
