Are light duties still a thing
Have an injury and took some time off. Still slowly mending but cannot lift too heavy an item and restricted in mobility. Do I go in to work or are light duties still available officially (if such a thing as officially exists)

Re: Are light duties still a thing
Chucking someone in the caller's all day to help out may be a thing of the past now but....if your office is like most of the rest there will almost certainly be enough work to keep you occupied if you felt well enough to go in on light duties.
Plenty of rounds needing prepping, D2Ds missorts, deads, surcharges etc.
In my office at the moment it would be easy to make the argument for failing another delivery to give the others a fighting chance of recovering when someone is finally put on them.
