Can't access People's App after leaving company

I retired nearly two weeks ago and can’t access the People’s App. I need to see payslips and holiday owed to help resolve a few issues. All I’m getting is server needs authentication. I put user name and password in but still no access. Does anyone know if we get blocked on the app after leaving?

It's worth saying here that if you're planning to leave RM or even in danger of being dismissed, you should download/screenshot everything that you feel is relevant off the app. Preferably sooner rather than later as I doubt they'll give notice of when they block your access.

Any decent company would have warned you beforehand.

This is why paper pay slips were so important.
