If the Government allows the USO to go Mon to Fri then that would be the time RM will offer Redundancies.
Personally, I think it will happen and probably not soon enough for may thousands who wish to leave the job.

if you are over 60 you will not want VR , why ask the union a bloke in our office with 42years service and 62yrs old was told he will only get £2,500 that is not a joke! he ended up taking IHR,this is another little known fact the union don't want you to know about.

They cant afford Vr’s , 1000 leaving a month ( I resigned myself last week after 36 years) they cannot recruit people to do the job now. Even when the government eventually lets RM just deliver letters mon-fri they still wont need to offer vr’s. The job is shockingly bad, with totally un attractive shift patterns to youngsters looking for they’re first job.
Any married man should forget his mistakes. There's no use in two people remembering the same thing.

According to ward they are planning on coming back again with VR. He said it in his conference in Portsmouth.
