Speak Up | ‘We need to know what is going on’
To mark World Whistleblowers Day, head of Speak Up Debbie King wants to remind colleagues of the service and why it’s important.
Debbie took over Speak Up in 2021, having retired as a senior police officer in 2019.
As a direct result of colleagues accessing the service, 800 cases were raised across all areas of the business for 2022-23.
Remember, Speak Up is a confidential service available to everyone across the business.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

A Bullying manager at our place has been reported 6 times but nothing ever gets done about it .

Have a word with the MP that ran the select committee Thompson was rinsed at, didn't he say at the 2nd meeting there was over 1000 e-mails/letters from every corner of the United Kingdom from both postmen, postwomen & managers about various 'wrongdoing' around the country.
