2 difrent things in my eyes .
Backing the union during the strikes yes.
I never once called anybody a sc#b or any other nasty words and I stood on the line every day we where on strike .
Sorry I can't back the union on RM's and cwu agreement because they are selling out our t&c's.
It easy really not difficult to understand .
Still voting NO

Too right, for me the final nail in the coffin/straw that broke the camels back is the longer hours in winter combined with the enforced flex, as far as I'm aware from what people say on here that's about all they can't bring in by EA without a yes voteSpacePhoenix wrote: ↑10 Jun 2023, 11:01Deliveries are well and truly f****d if this deal gets through

I wonder if some of the current horrendous revisions will be reversed,.our shitty revision was 18 month ago and was reversed after a couple of months with many walks having 5 weeks backlog. We are supposed to be having another one soon but apparently it'll just be that the lapsing will be part of our duty

Wouldn't put it past RM to just make the COM re-implement that same revisionpieoftheday wrote: ↑10 Jun 2023, 15:59I wonder if some of the current horrendous revisions will be reversed,.our shitty revision was 18 month ago and was reversed after a couple of months with many walks having 5 weeks backlog.
