Leaving Royal Mail employment but not taking pension

Post by Rapido123 »

Hi, I am looking to leave Royal Mail employment when I am about 57 but do not want to take my pension until I am 60. I just wondered if anybody would know what would happen to my preserved benefits and pension supplement. I am looking to take all of my pension benefits at age 60 I am member in section C, thank you

They just become deferred and still grow at the relevant % increase each year ready for you to take at 60. Don't forget to keep RMPP and RMSPS up to date with any address changes.
