Stage 2/3 Question

Post by Beancounter »

If you are on a Stage 1 then subsequently have a Stage 2 meeting then are unlucky enough to have to go sick again before the Stage 2 notice letter is received would you move to a Stage 3?

If you have had the review 2 meeting and awaiting the decision. If you go sick then this absence would count towards a possible review 3.

Agreement states all absence up to the review meeting will be included in the review.

So you could trigger a review and go sick again before the review meeting. On your return this new absence will be included in the review.

Thanks, I thought/hoped it might be up until the date the Stage was issued. There’s something to look forward to then!
