Didn't scan or docket a couple of tracked parcels

I’m doing parcel runs at the moment and I went out with parcels in 2 trips. First time there was a customer who wasn’t in for it so I docketed it for about 3 of them. When I went out again I was running out of time a bit and they had another 3 parcels. In an error of judgement I decided to leave these as I had already docketed the other ones. I presumed they would if she ordered them for redelivery or to be collected. I don’t think I scanned it either there’d be no provlem. I know I probably should have scanned it at least but the thought slipped my mind. Will they still get their parcels easily enough?

Lack of scan will come up as a failure.

Yes, they'll usually just get everything in stock dumped on them if they ask for redelivery, half the time their requests are incomplete in some form or other, easiest to just send the lot out.

You could say as you had already 739 3 items you mistakenly thought they were those items and only realised they were different when you returned. if we forget the odd item we give it to a manager and they give it to the lats. They're usually pretty good about it as we all make mistakes
